Great studio for rent in Midtown

Apartment Midtown

Large studio for rent in Midtown. You will get much more space than in a hotel room and 4 people can stay here for US$199 per night. That´s a bargain!

This larger than life studio is located right in the center of it all. Situated between Madison & Fifth Avenue on 36th street, this apartment is a stone’s throw away from some of New York City’s most desirable attractions… Two blocks from 2nd tallest sky scraper (Empire State), a 15 minute walk to the city’s largest and most spectacular park (Central, that is), and perhaps a bit too close to every shopping temptation in existence (Macy’s, Lord & Taylor and Saks to name a few).
Transportation options are endless from this spot- you’ve got Penn Station (and A/C/E, 1/2/3 subway lines), Grand Central Terminal (7, S, 4/5/6 subway), and the B/D/F/M, N/Q/R all a short walk away. And there’s always my favorite mode of transport- yellow cabs.

The convenient location is not even the best part… This spacious apartment is not your average city studio- it has a large foyer area, a dressing room connected to the bathroom, a queen size bed, a living area with a pull out sofa, and (although tragically under-used)…a huge eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed for the best of chefs, and a drawer full of menus for the best of orders.
