11 Howard is located in the last old, cool domain in SoHo where things are really interesting. At the crossroads of the Bowery, Chinatown, and Little Italy, the hotel specializes in great food, great design, and very casual luxury – delivering a great New York experience.

More than just an ideal vantage point for downtown exploration, 11 Howard is an art spectacle in itself and a community hub partnered with a range of local businesses and nonprofits (Global Poverty Project, Conscious Commerce, and others) in an effort to give back to the community and to the world, and you have an unrivalled downtown hub—cool, creative, and always conscious.
The design team gutted a characterless structure built in 1961, and reinvented the space with a dose of Scandinavian minimalism. More than looking Scandinavian, the hotel embraces Scandinavian ideals—lightness, honesty, utility, and durability.
