Marlton Hotel

Now is the time to check in to the brand new Marlton Hotel with a great location on West 8th st, just a block away from Washington Square Park and with cult spots like Stumptown Coffee Roasters and Burger Joint on the same street.

The 1900 century building has plenty of local history and the interior has a deceptively lived-in–look, including the lobby’s cunningly retro oak paneling, but it has largely been created from scratch. You can lounge on a broken-in leather armchair while sipping a house-roasted Ferndell coffee, and flip through tones on NYC history or local artists.

The rooms at Marlton Hotel measure a mere 150 square feet each, the bedrooms are miniaturized versions of a Paris grand hotel, with gilt-edged velvet headboards, crown moldings and shaded sconces held by brass hands. The bathrooms feature petite marble sinks, antique brass rain shower heads and products by Provençal perfumer Côté Bastide.

Hurry to book a room while they still have their soft opening rates available.
